Church Meeting

The church meeting is the forum where members of the congregation have the opportunity through prayerful discussion, responsible decision making, and care for one another, to strengthen each other’s faith and to foster the life, work and mission of the church.

Abbots Road URC hold a bi monthly church meeting. Please see news and events for the next Church meeting. Meetings are held in the the Laburnam room at 7.30pm. The minutes of the previous meeting and agenda for the forthcoming meeting are displayed in the Church and Church hall at least a week in advance.

Anyone who regularly worships at Abbots Road URC is welcome to attend the church meeting.

If there are issues that require a vote, then only those who have been received into full membership of Abbots Road URC have a right to vote.
